Dr. Karlyn Taylor
Dr. Karlyn Taylor’s focus is to provide top-quality dental care to her patients. By offering comprehensive treatment options, she provides a gentle touch to patients of all ages and comfort levels. Her expertise in restorative dentistry and dental implants, as well as her continuing education courses in lasers, new dental materials, and peer study groups, keeps her up to date with cutting-edge dentistry options.
Dr. Taylor has been selected by her peers as a 5280 Top Dentist each year since 2018.
Dr. Taylor earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University, graduating Cum Laude before achieving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2008, where she graduated third in her class. Dr. Taylor then moved back to her hometown of Denver, where she completed a two-year residency and implant fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Aurora, Colorado, earning the Resident of the Year Award.
Dr. Taylor and her family have lived in Central Park Denver (formerly Stapleton) since 2008 and are active members in the community. As a parent of two young boys, Dr. Taylor understands and enjoys treating kids of all ages.
Continuing education and the pursuit of knowledge is a priority for Dr. Taylor. She has also achieved additional certifications and training in: 
- CEREC (CAD/CAM)
- Sedation dentistry
- Laser certification

Debbie Wade
Dental Hygienist
Debbie is from Clemmons, North Carolina and while she is new to Colorado she has been a hygienist for over 20 years! Debbie attended Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown NC. Some of Debbie's favorite Colorado hobbies include snowshoeing, biking, hiking and exploring all that the Denver area has to offer.

Myranda Ritter
Dental Hygienist
Myranda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, her hometown. After graduation in 2011, she moved to Colorado where she enjoys hiking, backpacking, and camping with her boyfriend and her dog, Sawyer. She also enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, boating, and world travel, having visited both Africa and South America.
Her favorite patient care experiences are those with patients who have feared going to the dentist. She finds it particularly rewarding to help them overcome their fears, build great patient relationships with them, and provide them the best care and education she can.
Vincent Rael
Dental Assistant
Vincent is a Denver native and attended Red Rocks Community College to earn his associate’s degree. He holds certifications in CPR, CEREC, and L-PRF and is a winner in the 9News Health Fair Award. Vincent also volunteers on Comfort Dental Care Day for Redeemer Lutheran Church.

When Vincent is relaxing, you can find him hiking, longboarding, taking road trips to new places, enjoying time with friends, and trying new foods.
Laura Rios
Front Office
Laura brings 16 ½ years of experience in both the front and back office of single and multi-doctor dental practitioners. In 2003 she went to ATI Career Training Center for her training to be a Registered Dental Assistant and in 2009 she graduated with her Associates Degree in Science from El Centro Community College. She has also achieved her Extended Duties Dental Assisting License and was the Director of the Dental Assisting Program at ATI. Laura also holds a certificate in CPR and CEREC training.
Laura says, “I love helping people and interacting with our patients. We have really wonderful patients!”
Laura moved from Texas to Colorado in 2011 and loves living in Denver! Laura is married and enjoys spending time with her wife Kristy and their children. In her spare time, she loves family time, hiking, winter sports, being outdoors and photography.
Cathy Emmelkamp
Insurance Manager
Cathy was born in Poughkeepsie, NY, but moved to Highlands Ranch, Colorado in 1990. She attended Crestwood Career Academy to gain her certification in dental assisting. She then attended Orange Coast College for her associate’s degree before rounding out her education at the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management.

In her free time, you can find her spending time with her family, going to the mountains, hiking, biking, reading, crafting, and traveling.
